Lucian
Although he costs only 2 gold, Lucian is the main carry unit for both the Cybernetic and Gunslinger compositions in the early to mid-game. Essentially, Lucian in season 3 is almost identical to season 1; however, his dash ability from the skill “Relentless Pursuit” is more intelligent, allowing this champion to maintain a safe distance from enemies.

The scariest part about Lucian is that with just one Red Buff, he can deal good damage, saving damage and attack speed items for the late-game carries. Cheap, effective, and requiring few items, Lucian has it all.
Shaco
This clown is almost too famous for the enormous damage he can deal, especially with his very low energy cost of 60, allowing Shaco to crit and dodge skills continuously with his abilities. You have two main paths to build Shaco: as a high damage dealer with the Dark Star composition or as a high attack speed unit with the Infiltrator build. Either way can be effective; the key is whether you can get Shaco to 3 stars.

For items, the two most important for Shaco are Bloodthirster and Guardian Angel, while Infinity Edge is indeed powerful but should be the last priority when building items for this clown. The reason is quite clear: Shaco has high attack speed from Infiltrator, damage from Dark Star, and a strong crit chance from his skills; what he needs most is to survive to deal as much damage as possible.

Jhin
Another carry from the Dark Star faction on this list, and you could consider Jhin to be the long-range version of Shaco. This unit has an incredibly “unreal” amount of damage that is hard to quantify, with devastating crits and the passive of the Marksman system, it’s quite normal for Jhin to crit over 10,000 damage on his fourth shot.

It can be said that Jhin and Ashe are the perfect duo in Teamfight Tactics right now, with one champion providing wide-area control and the other finishing off opponents. It’s no coincidence that the Vanguard – Marksman composition is at the top of the current meta with great power in the late-game and the pieces coordinate exceptionally well together.

Irelia
After both Blademaster and Demon Hunters were buffed, there’s no reason for Irelia not to shine as well; this champion is currently the strongest and most crucial unit of the Cybernetic composition. One of the weaknesses of the Cybernetic composition in the late-game is that your team does not have enough large items for the whole lineup, as you will typically only give small items to these 6 units to activate the faction combo.

Irelia is indeed the winning condition for Cybernetic, as she is the best unit to stack items and carry the team. If you can get her to 3 stars, your chances of finishing in the top position will be very high. The most annoying aspect of Irelia is her versatility in item usage; she can effectively use almost anything you give her, allowing for adaptability in many situations. However, an Infinity Edge is still the optimal choice for this champion.
