Throughout the history of professional League of Legends, there have always been some incredibly strange coincidences that can only be explained with the word “Fate”. Faker and Ambition are a prime example of this. Ambition was Faker’s first victim when he entered professional gaming, after which he could no longer play mid and had to transition to jungle to survive. During that long struggle, Faker managed to secure three World Championship trophies for himself.

However, it was Ambition who demolished the seemingly invincible SKT T1 empire at the 2017 World Championship. That moment of defeat was the first time we saw Faker cry out of desperation in search of victory. As we all know, T1 and Faker have been struggling with the challenge of rebuilding the team, while Ambition has stepped back to become a streamer and is jokingly referred to as “Korean Chicken Dad”.

Recently, Faker reached the milestone of 2000 kills, and T1 created a video over 9 minutes long to honor their legendary player. Ambition, with his incredibly amusing reaction skills, couldn’t miss out on this clip, but the former Samsung Galaxy player was repeatedly called out as Faker’s biggest victim.
Faker’s grandmother’s words in the video: “Even now, I still often watch the first match of that boy (referring to Faker), where he got 4 kills in a row, and I am very proud of that. His opponent was also a renowned player – Ambition.”
Ambition: “Oh my God, please don’t do this. You really have to stop doing this to me.”

Faker shared in the video: “Sometimes, my kills are compiled into videos, and for those victims, I don’t really feel sad for them at all. I have almost no emotions for them.”
This might be a light “karma” moment for Ambition, as just a few days ago during a ranked match with Faker, he kept following Faker around, showing off his 2017 World Championship trophy, a defeat that was perhaps the most painful in the career of the Demon King. Perhaps Ambition should tone it down a bit when playing ranked with Faker in the future.
