Clid
Clid is one of the rare cases that has maintained success after leaving SKT. He is now the brightest star of fierce rivals Gen.G Esports, helping the team soar in the LCK group stage standings.

However, a real challenge awaits Clid ahead, as the biggest barrier to Gen.G’s championship ambitions – T1 – continues to show formidable strength in both encounters between the two teams.
Khan
FPX is still maintaining an acceptable performance in the LPL, currently sitting in 3rd place with 9 wins and 3 losses, only behind Invictus Gaming and rookie squad eStar.
However, for Khan himself, this is the most challenging time in his career. The former player of DragonX and T1 feels completely out of place with the rest of the team, and FPX’s frequent losses in matches where Khan is the starting player have nearly shattered his confidence.

Under the pressure of a blockbuster contract, Khan is eager to prove his worth, but it seems that the more anxious he becomes, the more success eludes him, and Gimgoon’s consistent strong performances whenever he plays are also a reason for Khan’s ongoing struggles.
Mata
Returning to RNG as head coach, Mata has made certain impacts by helping the team maintain a favorable position in the playoff contention group, despite the absence of his former teammate Uzi.

However, this might not be enough for Mata to bring RNG back to their former glory. The performance of the reigning LPL runner-up can be described as quite inconsistent, and they have yet to make a significant impact in classic matches against formidable opponents like FPX or IG.
Clearly, Mata still has a lot to do if he wants to guide RNG to a high ranking in this tournament.
Crazy
It’s difficult to assess whether Crazy’s career is currently a success or a failure. To be fair, when joining SKT, this player was only seen as a strategic backup and regarded as the weakest link in this 10-man Dream Team lineup.

Leaving T1 to join Rogue Warriors, the former bbq Olivers player has helped this team temporarily occupy the 10th out of 17 spots and still has a chance to compete for a playoff spot. Thus, it can be said that compared to his time with a team focused on survival like bbq, or being a supporting actor at SKT, Crazy’s career has seen significant progress.
Haru
The former 2017 World Champion is also a case similar to Crazy. Coming to SKT with high expectations, Haru ultimately could not compete for the starting position with young star Clid.

Switching to Hanwha Life Esports in spring 2020, Haru had a relatively bright start with this team, but HLE quickly revealed their true colors and had to settle back into the relegation battle, currently sitting 8th out of 10 with 5 wins and 11 losses.
Coach kkOma
The legendary coach’s journey in China has been anything but smooth. Accepting the position of head coach for a team at the bottom of the LPL Summer 2019 standings shows that kkOma is ready to embrace new challenges.

At this point, Vici Gaming has only a slim hope of securing a playoff spot, but compared to their performance last season, it is clear that this team is evolving day by day under kkOma’s leadership. VG has even been nicknamed the “King of Upsets” for continuously taking down top teams like eStar, RNG, and even FPX.
