VCS Young Star Helps LCK Team “Dream Big”
Since the start of the LCK Cup 2025, the team that has surprised the most up to now is undoubtedly DRX. Firstly, the “Blue Dragon” was the first team to bring in a foreign player to compete in the highest level official tournament of League of Legends in South Korea. Secondly, they have won 2 out of 3 matches so far. Meanwhile, their foreign player – young star from VCS, LazyFeel, is also shining.

Notably, even though this is LazyFeel’s first time competing in the LCK Cup and facing the unpredictable Fearless Draft mode, he has shown impressive composure. Additionally, his teammates, notably Ucal, are also contributing to the team’s success. This has led DRX to “dream big” as Support Andil confidently stated: “We are doing our best to aim for 3rd place in our group.”
VCS Star – LazyFeel Could Be a “Double-Edged Sword” for DRX’s Ambitions
One issue that Andil himself admits is that communication with LazyFeel still faces some challenges. This Support shared: “We are still not fully understanding Bao Minh’s (LazyFeel) intentions. But his Korean is improving every day, and we believe DRX will be a strong team.”

Furthermore, DRX will soon face at least one more strong opponent, Hanwha Life Esports, and their chances of victory are very low. Meanwhile, rivals like Nongshim RedForce and KT Rolster are still lurking, ready to claim DRX’s 3rd place at any moment.
Not to mention, once Teddy returns, the question arises as to which player DRX will utilize. Will it be a LazyFeel, who is already familiar with the LCK Cup 2025, or a Teddy, who has long established his reputation but comes with unpredictable performance?

The choice of any player will impact DRX’s results as well as the performance of that player, and the coaching staff needs to solve this difficult question before they can think about future matches or achieving a high overall ranking.
