The Introduction of 2 New Galaxies
In patch 10.9, Riot Games continues to introduce new Galaxies to Teamfight Tactics, with the latest additions being Treasure Trove and Star Cluster. You can find the details of these Galaxies HERE. Essentially, they will change the way players approach battles in that universe.

With Treasure Trove, you’ll have plenty of gold and items, making it natural to accumulate wealth or acquire powerful items early on. You need to choose the right composition to take advantage of the resources provided by the game to secure victory. With Star Cluster, you will definitely get good-level units early, but you will have to choose among many options such as strong champions, powerful items, or expensive and crucial units for the late game.
Timekeeper Rework
After the Shadow, Timekeeper is the next trait to be reworked. Instead of providing a fixed increase in attack speed over a set time, this trait has been changed to provide a fixed attack speed increase over a decreasing duration based on the number of Timekeeper champions owned. This means that if you want to achieve a significant and continuous attack speed boost, having 6 Timekeepers is essential, making this trait an independent composition rather than a support for other champions.

This change to Timekeeper will likely impact other compositions like Blademaster – Timekeeper, Kayle – Timekeeper… as the attack speed has changed compared to the old effect. Compositions that used this trait as a supporting effect will likely weaken significantly due to the loss of attack speed from the Timekeeper change.
1-Cost Champions Set to Become Extremely Strong
There are two reasons for this: first, the appearance rate of 1-cost champions in the shop will increase, and second, the impact of Riot Games on these champions. In the upcoming patch 10.9, the appearance rate of 1-cost champions in the shop will increase at almost all levels of the Little Legend, especially at level 5 where the rate will be 40%. This stems from Riot reducing the appearance percentages of 2-cost and 3-cost champions, maxing out at 35% instead of 40% as before, to nerf dependent compositions.

Direct adjustments from Riot Games have also significantly increased the damage of 1-cost champions at 3-star level, making them much stronger. Essentially, in patch 10.9, there will be a new playstyle focusing on rolling 1-cost and 2-cost champions to 3-star at level 5, then using the gold gained from winning streaks to continue developing the composition.
Revolt Returns?
After being heavily nerfed, Riot Games is gradually buffing the Revolt trait back and it is likely that this composition will dominate again in patch 10.9. This is due to the upcoming champion updates that will significantly buff Ziggs and Master Yi, furthermore, Aurelion Sol’s maximum energy has increased to 120 while the energy regeneration from the Starship system has doubled, so the damage potential of Revolt will likely be much stronger.
