When talking about prominent female streamers in the Vietnamese gaming community, we cannot overlook names like: Misthy, Linh Ngọc Đàm, Kiều Anh Hera,… And when it comes to female gamers in the Arena of Valor community, surely everyone knows the name ZyZy – a girl with a radiant smile and an incredibly cute face that captivates millions.
1. Hello ZyZy, can you introduce a bit about yourself?
Hello everyone, my name is ZyZy, and I am currently a streamer for Arena of Valor. People often call me Vi, but my real name is Hoàng Vi Xuân. I come from Đà Lạt, and I am currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City.
2. How long have you been a streamer? What brought you to this path?
I have been a streamer for about a year now. At first, I just played games for fun, but luckily I climbed to the rank of Master in Arena of Valor and was introduced to V Gaming – my current company – by a friend. And that’s when Zy’s streaming career began. I can jokingly say Zy is a “newbie” streamer (laughs).
3. What is your most memorable experience as a streamer? How do you react to negative comments?
During one livestream, I was already feeling very tired, and then someone criticized my gameplay. So I challenged them to a solo match with Murad and won, and from then on, people started calling me the best Murad. When I encounter negative comments, I just stay silent because I think that besides them, there are many people who support and care about me. What they want to see is my smile, not my moments of anger. When I first started streaming, I was quite hot-headed, and reading such comments would make me very upset. Back then, as I was just stepping into the profession, I didn’t understand that a streamer should bring joy to the viewers, and I thought too much, which led to depression. However, now Zy has changed.
4. Which streamer do you admire the most? Why? What are your future plans?
I don’t specifically admire one streamer, but I always respect and learn from what they do to improve myself. My upcoming plans are definitely to continue to strive and focus more on my work to create and launch the entertainment products I have been nurturing. So please look forward to and support Zy!
5. Does ZyZy have a boyfriend? What is your ideal type?
I haven’t thought about this yet, even though I am quite “old” compared to current streamers. For now, I just want to focus all my energy on work because I have missed out on a lot already. A boyfriend can come later, but opportunities don’t come forever.
