The Western League of Legends community is “up in arms” as a player has continuously ruined over 100 matches without Riot Games banning their account or taking any punitive measures.

This game-ruining account named “CANT BELlEVE IT” continuously picks Nunu in the mid lane, using Cleanse and Ghost as summoner spells to wreak havoc in Gold rank on the Western European server. With a win rate of only a mere 3% across 106 matches playing Nunu, almost anyone on the same team as this player will likely suffer a defeat within about 15 minutes.
Despite this player’s negative behavior, many believe that Riot Games deserves more blame for allowing a player to disrupt games so freely.

As for why this Nunu player has received numerous reports for ruining games without facing punishment, many players believe this is a major loophole in the punishment system of League of Legends. Because this player is not AFK, does not die excessively (averaging 2 to 5 deaths per match), does not leave the match, and does not use any prohibited words, the automated punishment system of Riot Games has not banned the account or taken any action.
The community has even provided more evidence to prove the ineffectiveness of Riot Games’ system, showing that three other game-ruining accounts have also not been touched by the punishment system:

The account fWiCecilia with a 3% win rate in a total of 31 matches playing Anivia, specializes in ruining games with Teleport and Smite.

The account 4th pty software with a 0% win rate (36 matches) while using Tahm Kench to ruin games.

The account 3rd pty software with a variety of other game-ruining champions, 2% win rate with Teemo and Anivia, 0% win rate with Shaco.

If Riot Games does not have effective measures to prevent these extremely negative game-ruining behaviors, it will be a significant drawback in the eyes of the League of Legends community.
