If Riot’s version schedule holds true, patch 10.11 will be released on May 28th (U.S. time) and will be the last minor patch before the major mid-set update. Therefore, the updates for Teamfight Tactics 10.11 will be quite small and aim to keep the game as stable as possible rather than trying to completely change the game meta.
In their latest announcement, Riot Games provided the first details of patch 10.11, continuing to focus on 1-cost units. It seems that the hyper-roll playstyle and early game reliance are too strong. In addition, a new Galaxy named Little Little Legends has also been introduced. Specifically:

In terms of buffs, we continue to see the familiar name Time Warp, which continues to serve only as a buff for attack speed without being able to form a strong enough team. Lucian, surprisingly, will receive a buff as he is considered a very strong carry in the mid-game; however, according to Riot Mortdog, this champion will only be buffed at level 3 stars. Master Yi and Cho’Gath are also likely to receive small buffs like this.

Moving on to the list of nerfs, the two key champions of the Shredder composition, Caitlyn and Xayah, will continue to be nerfed. This is the last remaining strong hyper-roll composition, and Riot does not want this to happen. Graves being nerfed makes sense as this champion offers too much value for too low a cost. Kayle being nerfed is also extremely noteworthy, as she is almost the “queen of the late game” with massive damage, and players are willing to build teams around her.

The final notable change is the new Galaxy – Little Little Legends. According to observations from the PBE server, in this universe, your Little Legends will run much faster but only start with 85 health. With less health, it’s understandable that players will look for strong mid-game compositions to maintain health, and it is very likely that hyper-roll or slow-roll compositions will rise in this Galaxy.
