Currently, servers around the world have updated Teamfight Tactics 10.11, and players from low ranks to Challenger have had their first experiences with this new update. Overall, this version does not have many changes regarding champion strength; it’s simply that champions like Xayah and Kayle, who are currently too strong, have been slightly nerfed.

However, what annoys players the most is the new Galaxy – Mini Mythics, as high-ranked players believe it has a very frustrating playstyle that goes against everything the game has had until now. The most notable comment comes from player KittingisHard, a new member of Team Solo Mid, who exclaimed that this is the worst Galaxy TFT has ever had.
KittingisHard: “This is definitely the worst galaxy ever, even the worst version of the Ocean Galaxy can’t be as bad as this. I feel like I can’t do anything in this situation; it’s really terrible.”
One of the elements that creates drama and showcases player skill is the ability to turn the tables even when falling behind early in the match. That’s why top-tier players can come back from the bottom of the leaderboard to the top position despite having very low health. The mechanics of losing streaks and powerful late-game units are the conditions that allow this to happen.

With only 85 health, the general strategy of this Galaxy is to find a reroll team comp and become strong as soon as possible to survive. This playstyle, combined with Riot’s previous buffs to damage on Mini Mythics, makes it common in this Galaxy for some players to be too strong while others are eliminated before their team composition is even formed.

This makes the game overly reliant on luck regarding whether you can be strong early on, rather than being a battle of skill anymore. That’s why high-level players like KittingisHard are frustrated with these changes; perhaps Riot Games needs to make adjustments to rebalance things.
