Kog’Maw
Added to the game as a Gunner replacing Miss Fortune, Kog’Maw, despite costing only 2 gold, promises to fill the damage gap left by the 5-cost unit. With its low cost of just 2 gold, Kog’Maw has the advantage over Miss Fortune in that it can be upgraded to 2 stars, even 3 stars early, and deal with enemies more effectively.

Furthermore, with the addition of the Combat Machine trait, especially Illaoi with the Brawler class, the Brawler – Gunner composition will have significantly better damage output and resilience in team fights. In summary, with the introduction of Kog’Maw and Illaoi, the Brawler – Gunner team will be stronger earlier in the mid-game rather than waiting until the late game with 4-5 cost units as before.
Zed
The emergence of Zed is likely to create many new playstyles for the Rebel composition as you are no longer a passive defensive player in the mid-game but can rely on this Assassin to gain strength early on. Zed’s special feature lies in his ability to steal damage with every third attack, combined with the Assassin’s effect, this champion can significantly weaken the enemy’s damage dealers.

In fact, Zed is also the reason why the Pilot – Assassin composition remains at the top of the strongest team formations despite the Pilot trait being heavily nerfed. If you place your trust in Zed in the upcoming patch, our advice is to focus on attack speed and survivability items rather than pure damage; Rapid Firecannon and Guardian Angel are essential for this champion.
Vayne
The valuable addition of Vayne has made the already strong Cybernetic composition even more dominant in Teamfight Tactics. With the ability to complete 6 Cybernetic champions early without needing Ekko, you can have a very strong level 7 phase, accumulate a lot of gold, and adapt to many team compositions at level 8.

Vayne’s greatest strength as well as her biggest weakness is her extremely strong single-target damage; with the right items, this champion can take down enemies one by one. However, due to the lack of area damage, Vayne cannot handle everything on her own. Therefore, as you reach the late game, you need to add units that deal good area damage to compensate for Vayne’s weaknesses.
Viktor
While removing Vel’Koz was the correct decision by Riot Games, the addition of a more powerful Mage like Viktor raises significant questions. This champion is powerful in that it is very difficult to arrange your team to counter him, as when the battle begins, the units will move automatically and who knows in what direction they will go and how far apart they will be so that Viktor’s skill won’t hit your main damage dealer.

Moreover, this champion has 2 instances of damage in his skill, one of which deals damage based on a percentage of health, so it is very rare for Viktor to be ineffective or not deal damage. Perhaps in the upcoming patch, the Mage composition will become extremely powerful with Viktor’s appearance and his deadly laser beams.
