If you’ve noticed, in the latest version 10.11, the interface in the League of Legends client has been upgraded to be more streamlined with sections like Profile, Collection… being completely separated. This change will provide the client with more space for Riot Games to add more features in the future.
However, gamers are still not satisfied, but client bugs are back again. Many players have posted complaints about the League of Legends client suddenly turning into a “black screen”. When encountering this bug, you won’t be able to open any sections like Profile, Collection, Hextech Crafting, and even your friend list disappears, making it impossible to play the game.

This situation occurs frequently to the point where many gamers share that they also encounter this bug. People also do not forget to sarcastically mock Riot by saying “the Store works perfectly” to imply that they only know how to make beautiful skins while the game client is terrible.

Clicking on the League of Legends icon, nothing happens at all, I thought it was a problem with my personal computer. Turns out this is a common issue?
Why does this hurt my heart so much?
You guys forget that the Store always runs smoothly and perfectly every time.

I can’t understand why it’s this bad. There’s no game I’ve ever played that gets stuck with this issue, not one since 2003.
I just played 2 matches, it couldn’t even load, and I had to shut down all programs related to League of Legends and try to start the game client dozens of times until the game could run. I really like Legends of Runeterra but honestly, the client Riot created is just awful.

Looking on the bright side, the client always makes me exit the lobby after the match, that’s actually quite interesting.
My client freezes 100% during the honor teammates screen.
I thought I was the only one affected. They need to fix this damn client.
In my case, the client seems to like losing connection almost every match, so I can’t honor anyone. Great.

One of Riot’s quite clever strategies in game development is to create a user-friendly interface, gradually upgrade it, and show players direct changes. This makes players satisfied as they witness League of Legends improving directly over time. However, in recent years, the League of Legends client has been deteriorating with slow champion and skin selection, rampant bugs, leaving gamers frustrated.

While it’s understood that Riot Games needs to share personnel to work on other games, it’s hard to accept that the client of League of Legends, their number one title, frequently has issues that frustrate players like this.
