With major League of Legends tournaments around the world gearing up to return, and the LPL already underway, Riot needs a patch to balance the meta, especially against overpowering strategies like Lethality Varus or Trundle jungle. Just a few hours ago, Riot Games released the detailed update for patch 10.12, targeting some hot picks, and even Yasuo is not spared. Specifically:

Champion Changes
Akali
Q – Five-Point Strike: Damage increased from 25/50/75/100/125 (+0.65 total AD) (+0.6 AP) to 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.65 total AD) (+0.65 AP).

Brand
Passive – Blaze: Energy restored upon killing a target with the passive increased from 6-18 (from level 1-18) to 20-40 (from level 1-18).
Cassiopeia
Base health reduced from 575 to 560.
Base armor reduced from 20 to 18.
Base magic resistance increased from 30 to 34.
Fiddlesticks
W – Reap: Damage dealt to minions reduced from 60% to 50%.
Senna
Soul drop rate when killing minions increased from 2% to 8.333%.
Although the soul collection rate is increased, the fundamental playstyle of Senna as a Support or ADC who does not farm remains her dominant style. Only in the later stages, when your Support is strong enough and you are farming, will the amount of souls collected slightly increase. Despite this buff, it does not fundamentally change Senna’s playstyle.

Trundle
Base health reduced from 616.28 to 616.
Base energy reduced from 281.6 to 281.
Base energy regeneration reduced from 7.508 to 7.5.
W – Chomp: Movement speed changed from 30/35/40/45/50% to 20/28/36/44/52%.
Varus
Bonus damage per level reduced from 3.11 to 3.
Q – Piercing Arrow: Total AD interaction ratio reduced from 1.1 (1.65 at maximum charge time) to 1.0 (1.5 at maximum charge time).

Viktor
Q – Energy Transfer: Skill damage now has AP interaction ratio increased from 0.55 to 0.6. The shield received now has AP interaction ratio increased from 0.15 to 0.2 (enhancement increased from 0.24 to 0.32).
Volibear
Bonus energy per level increased from 40 to 50.
Bonus health per level increased from 85 to 90.
Q – Thunderclap: Empowered attacks can no longer be interrupted once Volibear has executed a basic attack. The time to unleash empowered attacks will be faster the more attack speed Volibear has.
W – Frenzied Maul
Volibear will now continue to basic attack the target whether canceling or finishing the W skill.
The mark will be larger and attached to the health bar of the target.
R – Stormbringer
The tower disable duration will be adjusted from 2/4/6s to 3/4/5s.
The damage area radius will increase from 250 to 300.
Damage increased to 300/500/700 from 250/475/700.

Xayah
R – Featherstorm: Damage increased from 100/150/200 to 125/250/375
Yasuo
Maximum health reduced from 523 to 490.
The amount of shield from passive increased from 100-510 (from level 1-18) to 115-525 (from level 1-18)
W – Wind Wall: Cooldown increased from 26/24/22/20/18s to 30/27/24/21/18s.

Changes to Runes
Approach Velocity Rune

New: Now grants 7.5% movement speed when moving towards an enemy affected by crowd control, increasing to 15% if the crowd control was applied by you.
Guardian Keystone Rune

Connection range to allies increased from 175 to 350.
Activation damage changed from any damage to damage greater than 90-250 within 2.5s or takedown damage.
Shield amount increased from 70-150 to 80-200.
Movement speed granting ability removed.
Predator Keystone Rune

Cooldown reduced from 150-100s to 100-70s.
Damage reduced from 60-180 (+0.4 AD) (+0.25 AP) to 30-90 (+0.2 AD) (+0.1 AP).
New: After completing the channel time, you will gain an additional 45% movement speed when moving towards enemy champions within a distance of 3000, including champions out of vision.
Removed: Predator effect will no longer be canceled when you use abilities or enter combat.
New: This rune only deals damage and ends the hunt when dealing damage to enemy champions.
Duration of effect reduced from 15s to 10s.
Tenacity Rune
New effect: Champions gain an additional 10% slow resistance and crowd control resistance, increasing to a maximum of 20% slow resistance and crowd control resistance based on lost health.
Ghost Summoner Spell

New: Ghost will now instantly increase movement speed.
New: Ghost will extend the movement speed bonus duration by 4-7s (from level 1-18) each time you get a takedown.
Movement speed reduction decreased from 28-45% (from level 1-18) to 20-40% (from level 1-18).
Cooldown increased from 180s to 210s.
