The drama surrounding GAM seemed to calm down, but in reality, it is the complete opposite. After a series of “scandals” brought to light by Tinikun, the former coach of GAM, regarding the team’s salary and bonus debts to numerous players like Zeros, Kiaya, etc., now it’s the former owner of GAM who is speaking out, demanding hundreds of millions.

For long-time GAM fans, it’s no surprise to know about Mr. Đặng Tuấn Linh – the most powerful man behind the glorious GAM Esports of 2017, or even earlier as Boba Marines. However, that is merely a thing of the past as Mr. Linh has transferred GAM and no longer holds any role within this team.
The sudden claim that GAM owes him 200 million VND under Tinikun’s “debt demand” status is enough to escalate the GAM debt drama even further. Nevertheless, it has yet to be confirmed whether this information is entirely accurate.

Mr. Linh has been associated with GAM since its days as Boba Marines, with notable names back then like Optimus, QTV, Archie… leading to their World Championship qualification and making a big splash in 2017.
Mr. Linh also shared that GAM is his brainchild, and although he has sold it, he still hopes to buy back the team.
As for the current upper management of GAM, there has been no response after being continuously accused of debt. It seems this drama is far from over!
