If you are a loyal fan of T1 in general and Faker in particular, you will easily notice that the “looks” of the members have all improved, going through a very successful puberty. In fact, recently, whenever the camera zooms in on Faker’s face, fans are sent into a frenzy with his flawless face, often rivaling KPOP idols.

There's no denying that the looks of T1 in general and Faker in particular have gradually improved over time

Besides successfully maturing, better skincare has also played a role, but makeup is the weapon that allows LCK players to have smoother and more handsome on-screen appearances. For the past three years, light makeup before going into live matches has become an essential step. Being in Korea, they really value appearance.

So does T1 wear makeup? The answer is yes, all LCK players will go through the hands of makeup artists before the matches. In a recent interview, Dayeon, the head of makeup for LCK, answered a question regarding Faker.

Interviewer: Usually, players feel shy about getting makeup. So how about someone with advertising experience like Faker? Is there a big difference?

Dayeon: Very different. He is very natural. At the beginning, other players usually sit with their heads down, but Faker sits up straight from the start so that I can easily apply makeup. Faker is the most professional among them.

It can be seen that Faker knows how to make those around him feel pleased, from being the “neighbor girl” to now being the head of makeup for the entire LCK. Moreover, Faker has been in dozens of commercials, covering all types of concepts from classic, vintage to luxurious, and even as a male god in the “Can you turn off the lights” group, he is quite familiar with makeup. In some behind-the-scenes videos, fans have also witnessed Faker sitting still, head straight, and obediently following the makeup experts’ instructions. No wonder his looks on live broadcasts have been shining so brightly lately.

The feelings of the fans:

– Normally focusing on the match, I didn’t notice that our Hyeokie has grown up and become this handsome?

– Acne, where did all the acne go?

– This is proof that hairstyle makes all the difference

– Clearly, Faker has been like this for a long time, why are you all so surprised?

– Does anyone feel that Faker is getting cuter as he grows up?

– Suddenly realizing he is already 25 years old. Just the other day, his face was full of acne, indifferent to everything while competing, and now he looks like this. Is it that kids nowadays develop quickly, or have we just aged too much…

Additionally, a very humorous detail is that the gaming community is extremely entertained by the looks and… charm of Dayeon – those curves are indeed deadly. Some opinions suggest that in this situation, it’s understandable for T1 members to shyly lower their heads, even Faker had to close his eyes too…
