The content of the first update for League of Legends: Wild Rift in 2021 has officially been announced. Alongside the most elite champions from Bandle City, several incredibly useful features such as Team Finder, latency indicators, and other improvements will also be introduced in this version 2.0 update from Riot.

In addition, an exclusive skin for Wild Rift players – Tryndamere Glory – will be sent to those who achieve Gold rank or above.
Here are the detailed contents of the update:
NEW CHAMPIONS

– Corki – The Courageous Pilot
– Kennen – The Heart of the Storm
– Tristana – Yordle Gunner
– Lulu – The Faerie Sorceress
– Teemo – The Swift Scout
NEW FEATURES
– Team Finder
Surprisingly, such an important feature is only being introduced in update 2.0 for Wild Rift. Now, instead of constantly having to “carry” the team (or being “carried”), you can join more suitable teams, invite friends from your list into your squad, and have memorable experiences together in Wild Rift.
– Latency Indicators
Displaying latency indicators on the main screen as it currently is has proven ineffective since the latency displayed does not accurately reflect what is experienced in-game. Instead, it will now show the network type being used by the player (4G/Wifi…) and a new in-game indicator that displays the actual latency while playing.

– Social Media Sharing
Now, after a “team-carrying” match or pulling off a highlight, or anything you like, you can save it to your Photo Library on your phone or share it directly on social media.
– Map Descriptions
An incredibly important feature to help you master the map, develop the habit of observation for real battles.
– Optimized Guides
New player guides will be improved to ensure gamers have the best experience possible. The guides and champion unlock screens will also receive some updates.
– Champion Mastery Emotes
When reaching level 5 with any champion, you can unlock that champion’s mastery. And what is the purpose of this? To show off loudly and proudly when entering a match, of course!

Enemy information on the scoreboard will now only update after players have seen the enemy instead of continuously in real-time.
– New Emote Wheel Updates

– System Message Interface
System messages no longer block the player’s champion (for example, a failed surrender vote message will not obscure visibility while playing).
– Detailed Stat Display
The stats section of the scoreboard will now show more detailed primary stats, including how much damage armor and magic resist will actually reduce (in percentage), as well as the conversion from skill cooldown points to cooldown reduction.
– Tower Target Prioritization
Towers will now target super minions instead of regular minions.
SEASON 1
The official first ranked season of Wild Rift will begin on 08/01/2021. This means that Season 0 will soon come to an end. One particularly noteworthy aspect of this update is that the exclusive Tryndamere Glory skin for League of Legends: Wild Rift will be awarded to players who reach Gold rank or above.

And there are many other updates and new champions coming soon, as revealed by the official League of Legends: Wild Rift page.
