The Teamfight Tactics season 5 update 11.12 was released on the North American and European servers late on June 10 (Vietnam time) and received a lot of positive feedback from players. Alongside new metas and adjustments for various champions, version 11.12 also drew attention thanks to the introduction of the first Mythical Beast: Urf Dowsie.

However, players were also hit with a “cold shower” when, within this update, two extremely serious bugs emerged, the most notable being a bug related to a powerful equipment item in TFT: Dark Star Shurima Cannon. Specifically, when selecting this equipment item from the Armory, players only received a normal item. Additionally, the base critical strike rate of the skill is 150% instead of the planned 130%.

However, in the announcement regarding the emergency patch from Riot Mortdog to fix the two mentioned bugs, many players complained about other bugs that have existed for a long time in season 5 but have not been thoroughly fixed by Riot, or new bugs that have arisen, such as losing a champion when assembling the Dark Star team or Teemo rolling out being purchasable with gold instead of losing health.
Currently, Riot has fixed the issues arising from patch 11.12. However, with many underlying bugs still present in TFT, the work for Riot’s development team remains extensive, with hopes of delivering the best gameplay experience for players.
