Perhaps few in the League of Legends community today are unaware of the name “쪼렙이다말로하자” or “boy-one-champ Zoe” – the player currently leading the Korean rank leaderboard with 1744 LP as of now in the Challenger tier. This player is far ahead of the second-place holder, Rebel – Support of KT Rolster Challengers, by 361 LP. However, unlike most Challenger players in Korea, “boy-one-champ Zoe” has never participated in professional tournaments.

The real name of “boy-one-champ Zoe” is Lee Hoon-sang, and according to Namu.Wiki, this player was born in 1997. He is currently a streamer on Twitch and YouTube. However, according to some regular followers, Lee does not stream frequently; he mostly streams at random times and does not always play League of Legends. There was even a time when Lee took a month off from streaming, and viewers did not know when he would return. Some other games that Lee often plays include Maple Story, Battlegrounds…
One notable detail is that although he does not participate in professional tournaments, Lee is a familiar name in showmatch events in the LCK region. He frequently participates in showmatch tournaments hosted by AfreecaTV, with the most recent being ALL 2021. In Season 1, Lee ranked 3rd, and in Season 2, he became the runner-up of ALL 2021. Among the teammates who have fought alongside Lee in showmatches, the most notable is “The God Archer” Viper – the ADC of EDward Gaming, who is preparing to compete in the upcoming 2021 World Championship in Iceland.

Besides Zoe, Lee also spends a lot of time on another “skill” champion, LeBlanc. With this champion, he has played 354 games, achieving a win rate of 52%. Typically, players choose champions with melee abilities because they are easier to deal damage with and easier to last hit… but Lee is known for his proficiency with long-range champions, and in his champion list, there are very few short-range champions, except for a recent period when Lee practiced with the champion Gwen.
According to Namu.Wiki, Lee is also studying at a university in Seoul, and he is a genuine “movie buff,” with his favorite show being Penthouse. He has even been willing to delay his streaming time until 11 PM to avoid missing any episodes of this popular Korean series.

Although he may not participate in professional tournaments, the name “boy-one-champ Zoe” has become well-known throughout the League of Legends community worldwide. Even though he still hasn’t revealed his face on popular search engines, one thing is certain: with his achievements in League of Legends, his name will continue to be mentioned for a long time to come and will be etched in the history of Riot’s national game.
