Former World Champion Responds Fiercely to Bin’s ‘War Letter’
During the playoff stage of the LPL 2025 Split 2, Invictus Gaming delivered stunning and convincing performances to their fans. Former World Champion TheShy and his teammates secured six consecutive victories to easily advance to the next round. Along with IG, several other teams also performed well, including Bilibili Gaming with a record of 5 wins and 1 loss.

Recently, in a statement regarding upcoming opponents, Bin – the Top Laner of BLG expressed great confidence, stating that he is determined to defeat IG. In response to the junior across the battlefield, TheShy also shared some bold comments directed at Bin. He even pointed out Bin’s ‘fatal’ weakness, which is his relatively limited champion pool, suggesting that his opponent needs more practice.

TheShy said:”Although it’s still unclear when we will face BLG, the upcoming battle between us will be extremely interesting. This version is very lane-focused with a Fearless Draft. I’m very glad to compete with a strong opponent like Bin. But he might need to practice more to prepare new strategies. I’m always ready to see what Bin brings to the table.”

TheShy – Bin: A Battle That Could Determine the Fate of Both Teams
One of TheShy’s notable traits is his creativity and willingness to experiment with new playstyles even in professional matches. He previously created the Kalista Top meta, excelling at kiting and dominating pesky Fighters. During his peak, TheShy can be considered one of the players who elevated the AD Carry Top Lane playstyle to new heights.

Meanwhile, Bin excels in skills and can play well in any matchup, especially with Fighter champions. Although he also follows the ‘carry the team’ Top Lane style, Bin does not have as strong a champion pool of semi-AD champions as TheShy.
Additionally, Bin’s participation in team fights is not highly regarded, and his impact on the game diminishes significantly if he does not win his lane. His champion pool is also a concern; when familiar Fighter champions like Jax, Camille, Gwen, or Aatrox are banned, or if Bin has to play a tank, he often becomes quite ineffective.
