One of the most notable aspects of the 11.19 update is the introduction of the new champion Vex in League of Legends. Besides being one of the reasons why the Black Mist has spread across Runeterra, Vex is also seen as a champion that Riot has advised players to upgrade their machines to accommodate the new configuration. And a special factor is that Vex is the first champion whose shadow is the one that fights and attacks rather than the champion herself.

The explanation for this can only be that Vex’s shadow is not any scientific product or machine, but rather, it is likely a magical entity, perhaps even a creation of Vex’s own magic. Of course, only when her introverted character’s backstory is released will people know the origins of Vex and her shadow.
Many gamers and streamers immediately acquired Vex to experience the “dominance” of this champion known as the “counter to Yasuo.” In his latest stream, Rookie – the mid-laner for IG tested Vex against Katarina. During the game, Rookie confidently stated: “I can take down Katarina with just one hand. Really, I can play this champion (Vex) with one hand.”
However, Rookie may have had a rather challenging match, and his performance cannot be considered too impressive. By the end of the match, Rookie only had a KDA of 3/5/5 and managed to farm about 145 minion kills.

Nonetheless, this new champion has just been released and players still need a lot of time to get accustomed to the new champion. However, it can be said that with the ability to counter agile matchups (Yasuo, Irelia…), Vex is predicted to be incredibly dominant, possibly becoming a hot pick if Riot does not intervene in the future.
