Players Discover “Immortal Hack” Trick with Yuumi in TFT Season 6, Community Demands “Bury It Immediately”

If this bug with Yuumi is exploited well, players can almost never lose a match.

Teamfight Tactics Season 6 is nearing its end, and in a short time, Season 6.5 will be launched with many changes, including champions, traits, and game mechanics. However, at the end of the season, it seems Riot continues its “tradition” of ignoring bugs and in-game errors, allowing many champions to become extremely “overpowered”. A prime example is the new mechanism of Yuumi that has just been discovered by the TFT community.

First, there’s a bug related to the Innovator trait. In a group within the Vietnamese TFT community, players have uncovered a significant bug involving Yuumi when paired with the Innovator trait. Specifically, to activate this bug, you need the Repair Core and to empower Yuumi with the Innovator trait. The Repair Core allows units like Mecha Rumble, Mecha Draven, and Mecha Dragon to revive when there is at least one Innovator unit on the board. When Yuumi is marked with the Innovator trait, besides being able to attach to Mecha Dragon, she essentially becomes an Innovator unit that permanently exists on the board. Importantly, when Mecha Dragon revives, it cannot be targeted while Yuumi can continuously attach. In short, the opponent will have to face two units that cannot be targeted at the same time.

But there’s another bug, and it’s even more horrifying: Yuumi can continuously attach to targets without delay. This means that as soon as she detaches from a unit, Yuumi can immediately reattach. Thus, units that appear with mechanics like Mecha Rumble, Mecha Draven, or Mecha Dragon can continuously revive and heal while the opponent can do nothing but… watch in despair. Particularly, with this bug, it is not necessary to have the Innovator trait as other team compositions can also apply it.

Players are shocked by the bug allowing Yuumi to continuously attach to allied units

Immediately, many players demanded to “bury this right away”, urging not to let more people discover these bugs. However, many players also reported having encountered this bug many times and indeed experienced some incredibly “difficult to handle” matches.

Many suggested removing the post to prevent anyone from exploiting the bug, while others said they had encountered this bug many times

Although these bugs are difficult to use as the desired cores don’t always appear, one thing cannot be denied: once Yuumi is properly integrated, whether with the Innovator trait or a regular composition, she is almost unbeatable.
