Perhaps the League of Legends community still cannot forget Faker’s condemnation of game disruption not long ago. The “Chairman”’s outrage received significant support, along with many opposing opinions from the League of Legends community. Even professional players and KOLs spoke out about the incident. According to many evaluations, Faker’s strong stance could indeed prompt Riot to take action. The publisher has not taken serious measures to prevent game disruption and trolling in ranked matches since League of Legends was launched until now.

However, this has also brought many troubles to Faker. Recently, Doinb and a series of LNG Esports players had their Korean ranked accounts unexpectedly locked without reason. Notably, among those affected by Riot’s “actions” was Iwandy – a Support player currently ranked number 1 in Korean ranked. This left Doinb extremely frustrated, implying that it was due to “that person” that Riot decided to “handle” a series of Korean ranked accounts belonging to LPL players. According to many speculations, “that person” referred to by Doinb is indeed Faker, as he had previously complained about the game disruption caused by Chinese players.
Recently, Faker encountered issues with game disruption once again, and this time, the “culprit” was a famous streamer in the League of Legends scene – Thebausffs. He can be considered one of the streamers with quite high skills, known as the “boy one champ Sion” with a preference for the “bulky” champion from Noxus. Not long ago, Thebausffs reached Challenger in Korea, impressing the League of Legends community.

But after reaching Challenger, Thebausffs continued to “feed uncontrollably” while climbing ranks. The crucial point is that in this feeding match, he was a teammate of Faker. Still playing Sion with his familiar “feed to win” style, this time the results were not favorable. Thebausffs ended up with a KDA of 2/18/9, and despite Faker trying to “carry the team” with a KDA of 13/4/14, it was all in vain.

Things got even worse for Thebausffs when his account was immediately “banned.” In the chat, many people even trolled Faker himself. Many opinions suggest that perhaps because Thebausffs was climbing ranks with Faker and feeding continuously like that, Riot acted quickly. Even if Faker seemed to be “used to it” and didn’t bother to report, Thebausffs still lost his account.

It can be said that while Faker is enjoying success in professional matches, he encounters unfortunate events when climbing ranks. Just because he voiced his frustration, now whenever there’s an issue with ranked accounts, Faker is immediately “associated” as one of the causes, even though sometimes, the “Chairman” himself doesn’t understand what has happened.
