Zeus is also making moves during the end-of-season transfer period in 2025
In recent days, as the 2025 Worlds have gradually faded into the background, the League of Legends community is focusing on the end-of-season transfer window with many prominent players set to have their contracts expire. One of the teams frequently mentioned is HLE, as all four players (except for Peanut who has retired) will have their contracts end in just a few days. Recently, Zeus is said to have made new moves.

Accordingly, the League of Legends community discovered that Zeus’s name no longer appears on The Play’s representative page when searched. Notably, right when the transfer season began, Zeus was rumored to possibly transfer to the LPL. If so, parting ways with The Play (if it happens) would be a surprising but reasonable action. In the LPL market, Supergent is a more prominent representative while The Play only operates within the LCK.

At the same time, it’s likely that everyone already knows that The Play is one of the entities most heavily criticized by T1 during the dramatic transfer saga of Zeus earlier this year. At that time, The Play did not take any action to clear the name of the former T1 star. It wasn’t until Zeus and HLE won the LCK Cup that The Play responded, but by that time, it was too late, and Zeus had already faced a barrage of criticism.

However, Zeus’s future remains uncertain
Unlike last year when most T1 fans still believed that Zeus would stay only to be shocked by the transfer, the 2025 season is completely different. HLE is rumored to be on the verge of disbanding as Viper is focusing heavily on the LPL, where he has the best memories of his career to date. The potential departure of Viper, combined with Zeus possibly parting ways with his representative, leaves only Delight and Zeka without any movements.

Zeus is still young and may still want to chase more titles. Therefore, Zeus’s future remains very uncertain, and his fans as well as those of HLE need to prepare for any possible scenario.
