DOTA 2 Legend Downloads League of Legends for an “Unbelievable” Challenge
In the Esports scene, there have been many players who have become icons, legends, and whose fame extends beyond the games they compete in. Notable names include Faker and Dendi… Recently, the once legendary figure of the DOTA 2 world and the first champion of The International – Dendi, surprised the community by downloading League of Legends and deleting DOTA 2.

However, according to reports, this incident stemmed from a challenge Dendi made to his audience. He promised that within 10 days, he would climb 1000 MMR to regain his inspiration to play professional DOTA 2. Unfortunately, Dendi failed this challenge, earning only 544 MMR points. After deleting DOTA 2 live on stream, he returned to play Riot’s game, which has always been seen as DOTA 2’s “rival.”

The Community Calls Out Faker as Dendi from DOTA 2 Experiences League of Legends
Although they have never faced off in any showmatch or event, and Dendi’s career actually started before Faker’s, there have been intense debates and even arguments in the past between the League of Legends and DOTA 2 communities regarding the careers of these two legends. Therefore, when Dendi unexpectedly downloaded League of Legends, many fans eagerly awaited the day when “my brother” (a nickname given to Dendi by many Vietnamese Esports fans) might come across Faker in ranked play.

Of course, it seems Dendi will only experience this for a short time. However, the thought of a moment where two legends from different games are both enjoying a common game is an exciting prospect that perhaps not many Esports fans thought could happen. After all, in the past, Dendi had tried League of Legends before, but at that time, Faker hadn’t even… debuted.
