With Faker having to take a break from competitive play to treat his injury, the young talent Poby has been chosen to temporarily replace the “Demon King” at T1. After 4 matches, Poby is being evaluated as a promising player for further development. Although he still makes some mistakes due to a lack of high-level competitive experience, Poby’s efforts are commendable.

In a recent interview, Poby revealed that even though he is not directly competing, Faker is still closely monitoring T1. This player also receives incredibly useful advice from the “Demon King” to become a better player. What’s surprising is that this advice has little to do with League of Legends.
“Even though he is not competing, Faker still closely follows T1 and gives me helpful advice. He said that I need to read more books and get at least 7 hours of sleep every day. He believes that reading will help improve my thinking skills. The other part will ensure my health and prevent unnecessary injuries,” Poby shared.

Indeed, for someone undergoing treatment like the “Demon King,” health is of utmost importance. This player also understands that young players like Poby sometimes do not pay attention to this aspect and just train as much as possible. Therefore, Faker gave the above advice to Poby so that he could avoid experiencing injuries similar to his own.

As for Faker himself, fans are eagerly awaiting the return of the “Demon King” after a 2-week absence. In Week 7 of the LCK Summer 2023, T1 will face two rather tough teams, Hanwha Life Esports and OKSavingbank BRION. Hopefully, Faker can return quickly and help T1 regain their winning streak.
