As we know, the playoffs of VCS Spring 2024 are continuing amidst the backdrop of 32 individuals, including many players, being required to serve additional investigations, causing all four advancing teams to face significant personnel issues. Of course, during such times, calling back legendary players or retired stars is the best option. Many have returned to compete in the upcoming playoffs, including SofM, Optimus, Bigkoro, and Palette. This not only lifts the spirits of VCS fans after the match-fixing scandal broke but may also help bring more attention to VCS as players like SofM and Optimus are well-known faces to the international audience.

However, in a recent photo from the VCS organizers, many noticed that nearly the entire roster of Phong Vu Buffalo at their peak is fully assembled. Among them, the “general” XuHao has also made a “comeback,” while Naul is still serving as a coach for Team Secret. However, this list is missing two very strong wings of the former “Red Buffalo,” namely Meliodas and Zeros. As we know, Meliodas has long transitioned to Wild Rift, while Zeros is under a Global Ban.

Notably, in a recent move, Zeros expressed quite a bit of… “frustration” at being excluded from the post by the VCS organizers regarding the return of the former PVB stars. He even lamented the unfairness since the original photo included all members, including Zeros and Meliodas.

However, it seems that the former SE star has forgotten something important: at this time, he is no longer part of the professional LoL roster, meaning he is not under the management of the VCS organizers anymore. Therefore, the VCS organizers do not have the authority to use the image of the “drama king” of the Vietnamese LoL scene. Even in the case of Meliodas, although he is still a player of a game under Riot, he is not part of LoL, and thus was also excluded from the photo frame.

Therefore, Zeros’ absence is entirely understandable. And this is purely an objective reason that has nothing to do with Zeros’ previous “loose lips” remarks.
