At this moment, the League of Legends community is likely focused on the tense and thrilling matches promised in the group stage of MSI 2024. In this tournament, T1’s bracket can be considered the “death bracket” as the reigning LEC champion, G2 Esports, faces Faker and his teammates right from their first match. Also in their bracket is Bilibili Gaming. It is almost certain that the winner of the T1 – G2 matchup will go on to face BLG, as their opponent, PSG Talon, is simply too weak coming from the Play-In stage.

Before their matches at MSI 2024, as always, the “king of content” in the League of Legends world, G2, did not miss the opportunity to release a clip centered around ninjas. Notably, upon closer inspection of the words and characters in the clip, it becomes evident that G2 is taking jabs at the entire world. Right from the first seconds, the team sarcastically mocks MAD Lions with the image of a koi fish and the dialogue, “The European region is full of terrible teams.”
Notably, the jab aimed at the VCS region stands out. Specifically, G2 has “graced” the VCS with a ninja character alongside teams like Top Esports, BLG, and T1. However, instead of being a team that G2 has to defeat, the VCS simply “self-destructs” as this ninja character runs into G2’s fist.

G2’s jab prompted MAD to repost with a questioning caption. Additionally, right under the post, fans reminded everyone of G2’s previous mockery of the VCS recently to warn: “Another jab at VCS. Have you forgotten the last incident?”. For those who are unaware, just a few days ago, after losing to FNC, G2 posted a message implying a reminder of the match-fixing scandal involving the VCS that Riot is investigating to mock GAM. However, this post from the “circus” backfired and received harsh criticism from the international community. Subsequently, G2 had to delete the post – a rare occurrence for a team known for “not fearing anyone.”

Famous for being a team that is ready to “take shots” at every other team in the League of Legends scene, even mocking themselves in their own posts, G2 also engages in highly sensitive content that can easily spark controversy. Nevertheless, with this video, it seems G2 has no issues as the League of Legends community still provides positive and cheerful feedback regarding the “content king.”
