For esports players in general and League of Legends in particular, being harassed by fans or anti-fans is not a new phenomenon. This has become part of the job, especially for players from renowned teams who often have to livestream on schedule as part of their contracts. However, sometimes this situation escalates beyond the norm, particularly when personal information is leaked on social media, as was the case with JackeyLove recently.

Specifically, according to information from the LPL community, for unknown reasons, the phone number of the AD Carry currently playing for Top Esports was leaked on social media. Notably, even though everyone knows JackeyLove has a girlfriend, some individuals used his phone number to post on a dating website. This was confirmed by JackeyLove himself, and the continuous calls have caused him a lot of inconvenience. Particularly, these calls came in while JackeyLove was livestreaming.

However, being an experienced player, JackeyLove remained calm. He stated directly on his stream: “If you use my phone number to borrow money, I wouldn’t care. But this is a dating website? My phone keeps buzzing and it’s really annoying.” For those who don’t know, JackeyLove is currently one of the top stars in the LPL. His salary in 2023 accounted for about 70-80% of the entire TES team’s budget, not to mention income from livestreaming and other side jobs.

Nevertheless, such incidents undoubtedly make both the player and the viewers uncomfortable. For players like JackeyLove, this situation could be even more dangerous if his contact information is exploited for malicious purposes, possibly even legal issues, which could lead to troubles not just for him but potentially for the entire TES team as well.
