Overview of the Tactician – Blade Master Composition
The Tactician composition in TFT Season 15 boasts a solid defense with high-quality frontline units like Sett, Naafiri, and Xin Zhao. Among them, Naafiri is a champion that can easily be upgraded to 3 stars, while Xin Zhao has excellent durability. Additionally, one of the main carries of the Tactician is Kalista, who can easily one-shot opponents. By combining Akali and other Blade Master champions, this will create a well-rounded offensive and defensive team.

How to Build the Tactician – Blade Master Composition
In the early levels, players can easily have a composition with at least 3 Tacticians including Kalista, Naafiri, and Xin Zhao. Aatrox can be used to trigger the Warrior trait as well as increase durability. With these 4 champions, players will navigate the early game phase with ease. Players can gradually roll to upgrade Kalista as she remains a strong and affordable champion even going into the late game.

Moving into the mid-game phase, players need to start triggering the Blade Master trait with champions like Katarina and Senna. The existing Tactician champions should be upgraded to higher star levels, and additional champions that can enhance either attack or defense should be added. Note that this is a critical phase. If players can survive the mid-game with health in the top 4, their chances of ranking high by the end game are very high, as this is when the Blade Master – Tactician composition is susceptible to burst damage due to insufficient star levels and items.

In the late game phase, players should upgrade champions like Kalista and Akali while also assembling suitable items. The key damage dealer of this composition is Akali, so this champion will need the optimal items. Additionally, players should also reinforce the frontline to ensure they are not taken down too quickly.

Suitable Traits: Celestial Break, Shadow Clone, Dark Blessing.

Strengths and Weaknesses
This is a composition that is very rich in damage and can easily ambush the enemy’s backline thanks to the skills of all 4 used Blade Masters (5 if players level up to 9 and include Ryze). However, as they are assassin-type champions, these carries also have fragile health and can be easily taken down if skills are not activated in time. Therefore, this composition is quite risky but also very interesting for players looking for a “change of pace”.
