Aftermath of Faker
As known, in the most recent match against Gen.G, T1 faced defeat once again. This result is no longer surprising. However, the manner in which T1 lost and the stories surrounding the aftermath are what really stand out. In fact, in recent days, very few have blamed T1 or Faker for the mistakes made during the match against Gen.G or the loss to the current LCK champions. Even the League of Legends community has created hashtags calling for support of their idol after the backstage incidents. However, a segment of fans is exhibiting extremely inappropriate behavior towards T1.

Accordingly, after the match against Gen.G, numerous wreaths were sent to Coach KkOma and Gumayusi at T1’s headquarters. These negative actions imply blaming Coach KkOma and Gumayusi for the recent loss against Gen.G. However, according to some audience investigations, the author of these wreaths may be a well-known “super fan” of Faker in the LCK.

Community Reaction to Faker?
Across various forums, many opinions have criticized the fans responsible for this “wreath sending” act, especially considering that Faker has shown signs of not being mentally stable after the loss to Gen.G, where he was the player who made the direct mistake. In fact, many people believe that such fans are not beneficial to the team and only support their favorite player while readily attacking that player’s teammates, even though League of Legends is a game where every result reflects the entire team’s performance.

Additionally, as of now, both T1 and Faker have not commented on the emotional outburst of T1’s Mid Laner or the wreaths sent recently. However, it is likely that the team will soon release new statements, both to calm the fan community and to inform about the status of the Demon King for the remaining matches of the LCK Summer 2024 group stage, as T1 only needs about 2 more wins to secure a playoff spot.
