Until now, TFT Set 15 has completed one-third of its journey and has received a lot of both positive and negative feedback about the new season. With many new mechanics introduced such as Awakening and new items, as well as new Tech Augments… TFT Set 15 still has many elements to explore. After some updates, several very strong 3-gold champions have emerged, arguably “overpowered” after the 25.17 update was applied.

Top 3 Strongest 3-Gold Champions in TFT Set 15
Darius
This champion has been strong since the beginning of the season, but due to its limited playstyle, it didn’t get much attention. After both Darius and the Supreme Council trait received a “buff”, Darius has gained more attention and become a powerful carry. With the ability to reactivate his skill upon defeating an opponent, Darius truly is the “destruction machine” of the Supreme Council trait and in many current meta compositions.

Viego
With two strong traits currently, Warlord and Duelist, Viego is more frequently used as a carry after receiving significant buffs compared to the start of the season. Although he cannot “hack gold” like Gangplank or constantly reactivate skills like Darius, his burst damage potential is very strong. If utilized well, positioned wisely, and leveled up in time with the match pace, Viego deserves to be a quality carry right now.

Udyr
It can be said that Udyr is currently the strongest 3-gold champion in TFT Set 15. With the ability to increase attack speed from the Duelist trait, the sturdiness from the Brawler trait, and the “lightning-fast” recovery ability of his passive, Udyr is one of the most well-rounded champions right now. Especially, Udyr fits many types of items, and with any kind of gear, whether damage or tanking, Udyr remains a very strong champion, ensuring victory for players.

However, Udyr can still be defeated quickly if the opponent has strong burst damage champions or does not have the right Awakening ability.
