Former T1 Star Canna Makes History for LEC Region
Historically, not only current T1 players but also many former stars continue to shine after leaving the team. Some even won the World Championship after departing from T1. Among the more controversial departures is Canna, the former Top Laner of T1. Recently, Canna has made history both for his career and the LEC region.

Specifically, in KC’s recent victory over MKOI, Canna achieved a total gold difference of 5,624 across three games compared to his counterpart Mwyrn on the opposing team. This figure is the highest ever recorded in European LoL history across all positions. Notably, this is only Canna’s second year competing in the region, and last season his team KC lost to MKOI in the battle for an MSI spot.
This performance can be seen as a sweet “revenge” for Canna after missing out last year to this tough opponent. Throughout all three games, Canna was the standout player and rightfully earned the MVP award as the former T1 Top Laner.

Fans Eager for Canna to Face T1 at MSI 2026
Last season, KC only participated in one international event, First Strike, where they were crushed by HLE. Meanwhile, T1 competed at MSI and Worlds, while Canna and his teammates stayed home. Now that KC has qualified for MSI for the first time in their history, many fans are looking forward to seeing the “general” face off against his former team, especially as T1 is on the winner’s bracket and just one BO5 away from securing their MSI 2026 spot.
